Nurse Line
The Healthy Focus Coaching On Demand is an option of your WellAdvantage program for health coaching for those who live in rural areas, work shifts or have other commitments that make it hard to attend face-to-face health coaching and meetings. This program includes 24/7/365 inbound telephonic health coaching and decision support. All eligible employees will receive an initial mailing inviting them to call for any symptom, condition or health related issue. Health coaches use motivational interviewing principles on every call, and every call is viewed as an opportunity to educate and reinforce existing resources. This model typically includes at least one scheduled follow up outbound call. Beyond that, our coaches are encouraged to supplement their coaching conversations with mailed materials, including educational booklets with DVDs when appropriate. Healthy Maternity
The Healthy Maternity program performs risk assessments to identify women at risk for pre-term birth and other pregnancy-related complications for women less than 34 weeks gestation. Risk assessments are used to stratify participants in different levels of risk, such as at-risk or no-risk. All participants identified as at-risk pregnancies are referred to the High Risk OB Program for care management. Based on the member's risk level, educational materials are sent targeting the specific needs of each participant along with general pregnancy and wellness information, and text4baby messaging.
The 24/7 Healthy Maternity nurseline, offers support and answers questions through telephonic interactions with experienced perinatal nurses. Once risks are identified, members receive ongoing clinical support from high-risk OB case managers. A postpartum follow-up is conducted and all members are provided a reminder for a postpartum check-up. The toll-free number remains available for 6 weeks post-delivery. As an incentive, gift cards are distributed at the end of the program to encourage ongoing engagement in the program. The nurseline can be reached at 1-800-818-8581 (choose managed care option).

What services are provided?
The WellAdvantage Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy. Generics, preferred, non-preferred medications, as well as over-the-counter medications are offered. You can save money with reduced copays and reduced price prescription medications.
You can transfer prescriptions from your current pharmacy to the WellAdvantage Pharmacy. You can also fill prescriptions from the WellAdvantage Health Center and other providers. The WellAdvantage On-Site Pharmacy is going cashless in 2025. You can use your FSA, HSA, Debit, Prepaid Card, or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover).

What services are provided?
WellAdvantage Health Center provides healthcare very similar to the care you receive from your primary care physician at no cost. In addition, the Center focuses on health and wellness and provides many services for individuals who want to improve their health. These services include health assessments and ongoing health coaching to help with weight loss, physical activity plans, smoking cessation, or any other health risk you may want to address.
The WellAdvantage Health Center is operated by One to One Health, a patient-centered company rooted in compassionate, relationship driven care. A physician led company, One to One Health’s mission is to "do good and help others", providing each patient with high-quality health care and empowering them to live as healthy as they can for as long as they can.

As an eligible member of the WellAdvantage Health Center, you also have access to virtual care 24/7, 365 days a year through Text Care. Simply text your medical need to 423-481-9760. Fitness Center
Perhaps you're thinking about getting back in shape or starting an exercise program for the first time. Maybe you want to lose a few pounds or gain muscle strength. You may also hope to reduce your risk factors for such conditions as diabetes, osteoporosis or heart disease. Whatever your goal is, the WellAdvantage Fitness Center is the place for you.
How do I join the Fitness Center?
If you are eligible to utilize the Fitness Center, you will need to attend a Fitness Center Orientation. In the orientation, you will receive your Fitness Center access card, as well as review the available equipment, guidelines for use, and safety regulations. BlueCross BlueShield of TN Wellness Rewards
The City of Chattanooga is proud to provide our employees with a comprehensive wellness program, administered by BlueCross BlueShield of TN (BCBST), to help you reach your ideal of optimal wellness. You can earn a total of 30,000 points! Redeem points for incentives in the online rewards catalog, or choose to save and roll your points to next year. Your points expire 36 months from the day they are earned.
